Charles Hastings 
Charles was born in 1458 in Fenwick Court, Yorkshire, England.1 Charles' father was Hugh Hastinges and his mother was Anne Gascoigne. His maternal grandparents were William Gascoigne and Margaret Clarelle. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named Robert, Edward, Brian, John, George, Isabel, Muriel, Jane, Margaret, Anne, Elizabeth and Catherine. He was the third oldest of the thirteen children.-
