Catherine Hastings 
Catherine was born in 1478 in Fenwick Court, Yorkshire, England.1 Catherine's father was Hugh Hastinges and her mother was Anne Gascoigne. Her maternal grandparents were William Gascoigne and Margaret Clarelle. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Charles, Robert, Edward, Brian, John, George, Isabel, Muriel, Jane, Margaret, Anne and Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the thirteen children.-
