Baronet Sir George Hamilton 
Baronet Sir George was born about 1610 in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland. Baronet Sir George's father was 1st Earl of Abercorn Sir James Hamilton and his mother was Marion Boyd. His paternal grandparents were 1st Baron Paisley Claude Hamilton and Margaret Seton. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Earl Abercorn James, Baron Hamilton Claude, Baronet Sir William, Sir Alexander, Anne, Isobel, Lucrece and Margaret. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died in 1679 in Donalong, Tyrone, Ireland.-
