Baron Hamilton Claude Hamilton 
Baron Hamilton Claude was born about 1606 in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland. Baron Hamilton Claude's father was 1st Earl of Abercorn Sir James Hamilton and his mother was Marion Boyd. His paternal grandparents were 1st Baron Paisley Claude Hamilton and Margaret Seton. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Earl Abercorn James, Baronet Sir William, Baronet Sir George, Sir Alexander, Anne, Isobel, Lucrece and Margaret. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died on June 14th, 1638 in Strathbane, Scotland.-
