William Dexter Goforth 
William Dexter was born on May 3rd, 1875 in Mitchell Co, NC and his baptism took place in Draft Registration. William Dexter's father was Henry Wright Goforth and his mother was Frances 'Fannie' C. Brinkley. His paternal grandparents were George Goforth and Nancy Jane Houser. He had three brothers and a sister, named James R., George Edward, Jesse and Ida Mary.
