Ida Mary Goforth 
Ida Mary was born on November 14th, 1872 in Mitchell Co, NC and her baptism took place in Census 1910. Ida Mary's father was Henry Wright Goforth and her mother was Frances 'Fannie' C. Brinkley. Her paternal grandparents were George Goforth and Nancy Jane Houser. She had four brothers named William Dexter, James R., George Edward and Jesse. She was the oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 89 on January 2nd, 1962 in Morganton, Burke Co, NC. She was buried on January 5th, 1962 in Oakwood Cemetery, Hickory, Catawba Co, NC.General Notes
