Roy Leander Goforth 
Roy Leander was born on September 26th, 1907 in Alcorn Co, MS and his baptism took place in Census 1920. Roy Leander's father was John Powers Goforth and his mother was Sarah Florence Ledford. His paternal grandparents were John Franklin Goforth and Sarah Ann Collins. He had three brothers and a sister, named Cletus John, Franklin 'Frank' Marion, Lonnie Ray and Emma Bell. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 76 in April 1984 in Corinth, Alcorn Co, MS. He was buried in Union Cemetery, Hightown, Alcorn Co, MS.General Notes
