Faithy Ann Goforth 
Faithy Ann was born on February 28th, 1837 in NC and her baptism took place in Census 1870. Faithy Ann's father was William Clayton Goforth and her mother was Jane Christina Houser. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Houser and Faithy Jones. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Henry Pinkney, William Harrison Henry, David Harry, Frank, Charles Lee, Cyrus Robson Ross, Sarah Elizabeth, Caroline Calline, Jane Elizabeth, Chastity Mary Ida and Charlotte. She was the oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 41 on January 3rd, 1879 in Cleveland Co, NC. She was buried in Sunset Cemetery, Shelby, Cleveland Co, NC.General Notes
