Walter T Foster 
Walter T was born on March 17th, 1890 in Kentucky.1 Walter T's father was Elzie V. Foster and his mother was Lucretia "Lou Ella" Wells. His paternal grandparents were Joseph H Foster and China Margaret Ritter. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Flemon G, Claud, Herbert Price, Lura Bell and Nora Moss. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 88 on June 23rd, 1978 in St Louis, St Louis, Missouri, United States.-
