Nan "Nannie" Evelyn Foster 
Nan "Nannie" Evelyn was born on February 4th, 1907 in Davie, North Carolina.1 Nan "Nannie" Evelyn's father was Charles "Charlie" Monroe Foster and her mother was Lena Mae Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Shadrach Shadric M. Foster and Nancy E Beauchamp. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Willie Ray, Charlie Jasper "Hoss", Vera Irene, Stella and Margaret L. She was the third oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 85 on April 10th, 1992 in Mocksville, Davie, North Carolina,. She was buried in 1992 in Smith Grove Methodist Church Cemetery.2 -
