John C Foster 
John C was born in 1836 in Caswell, North Carolina, United States. John C's father was John Foster and his mother was Jane Combs. His paternal grandparents were John Foster and Nancy Perkins. He had five brothers and three sisters, named James B, Lorenzo Leonard, William A "Uncle Buck ", Hiram C, Thomas R, Isabella, Martha and Jane Ann. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 26 on March 28th, 1862.-
