Eliza Jane Payne Foster 
Eliza Jane Payne was born on July 19th, 1856 in Barren Co. Kentucky.1 Eliza Jane Payne's father was Holeman Rice Foster and her mother was Mary Ann Stout. Her paternal grandparents were Bartlett Foster and Susanna Higdon. She had three brothers and a sister, named Andrew Jackson Donaldson, Beverly Crump, Hezekiah Taylor and Louisa Jane. She was the youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 45 on February 28th, 1902.-
