Phillip Orr was born on November 4th, 1947 in Houston, Harris Co., TX.1 Phillip Orr's father was Orlen Eugene Fitzhugh and his mother was Mary Sue Orr. His maternal grandparents were John Wesley Orr and Nancy Catherine Freeman. He had two sisters named Agnes Jean and Barbara Ann. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 56 on August 24th, 2004 in Mesquite, Dallas, TX.2 -
