James C Finley 
James C was born in August 1892. James C's father was James Finley and his mother was Minerva Scruggs. His maternal grandparents were James K Polk Scruggs and Mary Frances Pinkerton. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin F, Alfred C, Thomas E, Robert J, Carrie L, Elva L and Lota. He was the third oldest of the eight children.-
