Joseph Henry Dewhitt 
Joseph Henry was born on October 8th, 1876 in Howard, Elk Co, KS and his baptism took place in Census 1930.1 Joseph Henry's father was William Ashbury Dewhitt and his mother was Lydia Anna Wall. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Henry Wall and Eliza Reed Grant. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Samuel G., Alan Wakefield, William Willard, Clyde, Florence Estelle, Eliza Elizabeth, Mary Etta, Anna Evaline, Leuna Iona and Nancy Ellen. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 78 on July 24th, 1955 in Newkirk, Kay Co, OK.1 General Notes
