Mary Dora was born on January 8th, 1892 in Darwin,Clark County,IL. Mary Dora's father was John Leonard Collier and her mother was Elizabeth Savoree. Her paternal grandparents were Morgan Colyer Collier and Elizabeth (Betsy) Purvis. She had five brothers and six sisters, named James Purvis, William Morgan, John Madison, Francis Marion, Commodore Calvin, Elizabeth Davis, Alice Matilda, Lillie Mae, Martha Ellen, Mertle Ola and Melinda Isabel. She was the youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 73 on February 27th, 1965 in Robinson,Crawford County,IL.-
