Richard Cecil 
Richard was born in 1570 in Burghley House, Lincolnshire, England.1 Richard's father was Thomas Cecil Sr. and his mother was *Dorothy Neville. His maternal grandparents were John Neville and *Lucy Somerset. He had five brothers and five sisters, named William, Honerable Sir Edward, Christopher, Sir Thomas Cecil, David, Lucy, Mildred, Mary, Elizabeth and Frances. He died at the age of 63 on September 4th, 1633.General Notes
1587 was a member of Parlement for Peterborough. His son David succeded as 3rd Earl of Exeter.
