Frances Cecil 
Frances was born on February 28th, 1580 in Burghley House, Lincolnshire, England. Frances' father was Thomas Cecil Sr. and her mother was *Dorothy Neville. Her maternal grandparents were John Neville and *Lucy Somerset. She had six brothers and four sisters, named William, Richard, Honerable Sir Edward, Christopher, Sir Thomas Cecil, David, Lucy, Mildred, Mary and Elizabeth. She died at the age of 73 on June 12th, 1653 in Rainham, England.General Notes
