William Lewis Butler 
William Lewis was born on July 3rd, 1887 in White Co, TN and his baptism took place in Census 1930. William Lewis' father was Henry Lee Butler and his mother was Nancy Jane Simmons. His maternal grandparents were William Simmons and Susannah E. Adair. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Luther Jackson 'Jack', Joe Davis, Henry Lee, Hallie Margaret, Nettie and Susie. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 95 in October 1982 in Glendale, Maricopa Co, AZ.General Notes
