Henry Lee Butler Jr. 
Henry Lee was born on January 18th, 1906 in OK and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Henry Lee's father was Henry Lee Butler and his mother was Nancy Jane Simmons. His maternal grandparents were William Simmons and Susannah E. Adair. He had three brothers and three sisters, named William Lewis, Luther Jackson 'Jack', Joe Davis, Hallie Margaret, Nettie and Susie. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 75 on November 19th, 1981 in Tishomingo, Johnston Co, OK.General Notes
