Valentine Boyer 
Valentine was born on April 3rd, 1852 in Logan Co, KY. Valentine's father was Richard L. Boyer and his mother was Alzada Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Charles Roberts and Lucy Townsend. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John Charles, James R., Robert L., Henry, Lucy A., Druciler, Drucilla D. and Mary M.. He was the third oldest of the nine children.General Notes
