Arter Parker was born on May 22nd, 1919 in Grundy Co, TN. Arter Parker's father was Arter Parker Baker and his mother was Laura Jane Lawson. His paternal grandparents were Banjamin Levi Baker and Sarah Emaline Measles. He had two sisters named Rosetta A. and Sarah Rehevena. He was the youngest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Rufus, J. R., Infant Daughter and Mary Francis. He died at the age of 88 on April 29th, 2008 in Sparta, Dekalb Co, TN.General Notes
