Mary Aske

Mary was born in 1547 in Aughton, Yorkshire, England.¹ Mary's father was Robert Aske and her mother was Ann Sutton. Her paternal grandparents were John Aske and Eleanor (Ellen) Ryther. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Robert, Christopher, William, Elizabeth and Dorothy. She was the third youngest of the seven children.
