Herbert Overbey 
Herbert was born in May 1895 in Tennessee. Herbert's father was George Johnson Overbey and his mother was Nancy Elizabeth McCord. His maternal grandparents were Daniel Kinsey McCord and Nancy Lucretia L. Martin. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Ellis Melvin, Clyde, Howard, Harris, James Horace, Era Frances, Cora Dell, Elmer, Ara and Hazel. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died before September 1997.-
