Ara Overbey

Ara was born in 1914 in Williamson Co., Tennessee. Ara's father was George Johnson Overbey and her mother was Nancy Elizabeth McCord. Her maternal grandparents were Daniel Kinsey McCord and Nancy Lucretia L. Martin. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Ellis Melvin, Herbert, Clyde, Howard, Harris, James Horace, Era Frances, Cora Dell, Elmer and Hazel. She was the second youngest of the eleven children. She died after 1997.
