Walter Scott was born on December 31st, 1882.  Walter Scott's father was Jacob C. Hepler and his mother was Mary Elmeda Reynolds.  His paternal grandparents were William G. Hepler and Florinda Frick. He had two brothers named Charles Edward and Perry Lloyd.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 44 on February 12th, 1927.
