Perry Lloyd was born on March 11th, 1885 in Ruffsdale, Pennsylvania.  Perry Lloyd's father was Jacob C. Hepler and his mother was Mary Elmeda Reynolds.  His paternal grandparents were William G. Hepler and Florinda Frick. He had two brothers named Charles Edward and Walter Scott.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died at the age of 63 on December 29th, 1948.
