John Thomas Bledsoe 
John Thomas was born on April 24th, 1877 in Cabell Co., West Virginia. John Thomas' father was Mose Edward Bledsoe and his mother was Louisa Williams. His paternal grandparents were William L. Bledsoe and Rachell Perry; his maternal grandparents were J. W. Bias and Nancy Williams. He had five brothers and eight sisters, named James William, Walter, Harvey, Charles Brooklin, Robert Clyde, Susan H., Mary Francis, Mariam Ann, Elizabeth J., Sarah Lee, Sofrona F., Leona and Missouri. He was the fifth youngest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 61 on January 31st, 1939.-
