Rachell was born in 1812 in Orange Co., Virginia. Rachell's father was Peter Perry and her mother was Lucy Falconer. Her paternal grandparents were William Perry and Mary Level; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Falconer and Elizabeth Hawkins. She was an only child. She died in Cabell Co., West Virginia.-
