William Beasley 
William was born about 1764 in Amelia Co., Virginia. William's father was John Pitts Beasley and his mother was Sarah Elizabeth Liles. His paternal grandfather was Lord William Pitt. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Barnet, Zachariah, Thomas, John Pitts, James, Pitts, Sarah, Elizabeth and Anne. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died before September 10th, 1805.
