Howard Anderson

Howard was born in 1857 in Wetzel Co., Virginia.  Howard's father was William Anderson and his mother was Sarah Church. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Daniel, William, Matthew, George Washington, Richard, James, Hannah and Nancy.  He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.
