Sylvester Yates

Sylvester was born on October 23rd, 1831.¹   Sylvester's father was Unknown Yates and his mother was Sarah Mariah Yates. He had a brother named Stephen.  He was the younger of the two children. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named James Howey, Calvin, Stephen Henry, Sylvestor Lenor, John Edgar, Emily and Sarah Mariah.  He died at the age of 54 in 1885.¹
