Elizabeth Francis was born on July 2nd, 1862 in Osceola, St. Clair, MO.1 Elizabeth Francis' father was George Washington Wyatt and her mother was Mary Caroline Todd. Her maternal grandparents were James P. Todd and Mary Jane Dunaway. She had six brothers and three sisters, named James Sanders, George Washington, William Robert, John Ela, Oliver, Thomas Marion, Lucy Jane, Margaret and Martha Louisa. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children.1 -
