Desire Witherall

Desire was born before August 24th, 1740.¹ Desire's father was Joseph Witherall and her mother was Elizabeth Sherman. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Witherall and Eunice Rogers; her maternal grandparents were Ebenezer Sherman and Margaret Decrow. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Amos, Joshua, Ebenezer, Eunice, Mary and Vrina. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.¹
