John Willy Wilson

John Willy was born on December 4th, 1830 in Thomas Co., GA.¹   John Willy's father was Allen Wilson and his mother was Serena Hurst.  His paternal grandparents were James Wesley Wilson and Ann Gordon. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Henry Alfred, Francis Marion, Harriet and Susannah.  He was the third oldest of the five children. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named James Thomas, Gabril, Allen, Jeremiah and Eliza A..¹
