James Thomas Wilson

James Thomas was born on March 16th, 1823 in Effingham Co., GA.¹   James Thomas' father was Allen Wilson and his mother was Mary Hurst.  His paternal grandparents were James Wesley Wilson and Ann Gordon. He had a brother and a sister, named Gabril and Eliza A..  He was the oldest of the three children. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Henry Alfred, John Willy, Francis Marion, Allen, Jeremiah, Harriet and Susannah.  He died at the age of 66 on October 28th, 1889 in FL.¹
