Thomas J. Welch 
Thomas J. was born in 1845.1 Thomas J.'s father was Jefferson R. Welch and his mother was Adella R. Caldwell. His paternal grandparents were Osias Welch and Elizabeth Rowland; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Caldwell and Nancy Caldwell. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William Davis, Samuel H., John S., Charles Washington, Mary F., Laura A., Nancy Isabel and Leann (Lea). He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.1 -
