Leann (Lea) Welch 
Leann (Lea) was born in August 1855.1 Leann (Lea)'s father was Jefferson R. Welch and her mother was Adella R. Caldwell. Her paternal grandparents were Osias Welch and Elizabeth Rowland; her maternal grandparents were Samuel Caldwell and Nancy Caldwell. She had five brothers and three sisters, named William Davis, Samuel H., Thomas J., John S., Charles Washington, Mary F., Laura A. and Nancy Isabel. She was the youngest of the nine children.1 -
