George was born about 1691 in New London, CT.1 George's father was George Way and his mother was Sarah Neast. His paternal grandparents were George Way and Elizabeth Smith; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Neast and Sarah Bodington. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, John, Elliph, Thomas, Sarah, Elizabeth and Mehetabel. He died on March 23rd, 1760 in Sharon, CT.1 General Notes
