Charles Heber was born on August 26th, 1897 in Screven Co., GA.1 Charles Heber's father was John H. Waters and his mother was Anna Elizabeth Evans. His maternal grandparents were Charles Evans and Alice Cail. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Ernest Quinton, Verney Jerome, Marjorie Elizabeth and Mary Alice. He died at the age of 58 on February 26th, 1956. He was buried in Screven Co., GA.1 1 General Notes
