Frank was born on May 15th, 1884 in Springville, Utah, Utah.1   Frank's father was Alfred Voyce and his mother was Laura Emma Fifield. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Alfred, Henry, Mark, Clarance, Ezra, Melinda, Annie, Emma and Elmina.  He was the fourth youngest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 43 on March 28th, 1928.1
