George Vanlaw 
George was born on July 28th, 1794 in Mansfield Monthly Meeting, New Jersey.1 George's father was Joseph Vanlaw and his mother was Mary Craft. His paternal grandparents were Preston Vanlaw and Judah Unknown; his maternal grandparents were George Craft and Mary Unknown. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Thomas, Joseph, Samuel, Anne and Mary. He was the third youngest of the seven children.1 -
