Jemima Thomas 
Jemima was born in 1840 in Kentucky.1 Jemima's father was Isaac Thomas and her mother was Elizabeth Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Marchant Thomas and Jemima Hamilton. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Marchant, Richard, Pleasant, Katherine, Rachel and Mary. She was the third youngest of the seven children.1 -
