Sarah was born on June 4th, 1668 in Northampton, MA.1 Sarah's father was John Stebbins and her mother was Abigail Bartlett. Her paternal grandparents were Rowland Stebbins and Sarah Whiting; her maternal grandparents were Robert Bartlett and Ann Unknown. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Thomas, Joseph, Samuel, Benjamin, Abigail Bartlett, Hannah, Mary, Thankful, Rebecca and Deborah.
