Robert Bartlett (1603-1676) came from Warwick, England in the 'Lion' in 1632, then settled in Cambridge Mass in 1632, and was an original proprietor at Hartford, Conn in 1636, a freeman in 1645, a chimney viewer in 1650, and removed to Northampton, Mass in 1655 (where he was killed by Indians).
Robert was a constable in 1655, a townsman from 1657 to 1664, a selectman from 1658 to 1663, and a juryman in 1659.
