Annie May Stearns

Annie May was born on April 1st, 1879 in Alburgh, VT.¹ Annie May's father was Henry G. Stearns and her mother was Martha Samson. Her paternal grandparents were William H. Stearns and Arathusa E. Smith; her maternal grandparents were Alanson Samson and Rebecca Titus. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Henry Herbert, Harry Samson, George Gibson, Albert Thayer, Mae Alura "Mary" and Hattie Samson. She was the oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named William Henry, Jennie Brayton and Jessie Fremont.¹
