1   Henry's father was Thomas Sills and his mother was Sara Jane Watson.  His paternal grandparents were McLin Sills and Cinthia Holliman. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Soloman G., Robert B., Benjamin T., Salina Margaret and Mary F.. He had a half-sister named Nancy.1
