Thomas was born about 1825.1 Thomas' father was McLin Sills and his mother was Cinthia Holliman. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Holliman and Salome McCarthy. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William, Joel, Albert, Betsy, Emeline, Malissa and Rebecca.1 General Notes
