Anna was born about 1810.1   Anna's father was Leonard Shroyer and her mother was Martha. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Philip, Simon, John, Leonard, Samuel, Daniel, Elizabeth and Polly.  She was the fourth youngest of the nine children.1
