George Sheldon 
George was born about 1579 in Ashford, Bakewell, Derbyshire, England.1 George's father was Roger Sheldon. His paternal grandfather was Richard Sheldon. He had two brothers and a sister, named Arthur, Thomas and Anne. He was the second youngest of the four children. He was buried on March 26th, 1622.1 1 General Notes
